Okay parents, it's time to pull out your Icy Hot, knee braces, and ice packs!!!What better way to show our children how it's done, than to get out there and lead by example!! Come kick off the RYFA's Flag Tournament Weekend by participating in the Parent Flag Football Game on Friday, May 13th! Any friend or family member over 18 is welcome to join in and play too!!!

Dust off your pom poms!!!! There is also sign ups for Parent Cheerleaders for the flag football game!!

Practice will be held on Wednesday May 4th and May 11th at 6:30 p.m. on the game field.
